Anti-Bribery Policy
PT KPM Oil & Gas is committed to ethical and clean business practices by:
- Upholding integrity and implementing good corporate governance.
- Applying a Zero Tolerance approach to all forms of bribery in our business environment and activities, including those involving business partners.
- Complying with applicable anti-bribery laws and regulations and evaluating compliance with their implementation.
- Developing, implementing, and fulfilling the requirements of the Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) to achieve its objectives.
- Encouraging employees to report concerns about bribery or potential bribery in good faith and on reasonable grounds, and ensuring that employees who report are not subjected to retaliation.
- Continuously improving and evaluating the ABMS in line with organizational objectives.
- Establishing an Anti-Bribery Compliance Function with the responsibility and authority to ensure effective ABMS implementation.
- Ensuring that violations of ABMS requirements are subject to sanctions in accordance with company provisions and/or applicable laws.

- Improper gifts or benefits provided to civil servants, local and central government officials, or other public officials.
- Conflicts of interest.
- Bribery and abuse of authority.
- Misappropriation of assets, extortion, and fraud.
- Corruption.
- Violations of laws and regulations.
- Unethical business conduct.
- Falsification.
- Retaliation.

- Personnel involved.

- Date, time, and location of the incident.
- Supporting evidence.
- Amount of funds or assets involved.

- Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees, business partners, or third parties who fail to comply with the anti-bribery policy and ABMS requirements.
- Designating the Anti-Bribery Compliance Function (FKAP) to receive reports of suspected or actual bribery and anti-bribery violations through channels established by the company.
- Prohibiting retaliation in any form and protecting those who raise concerns or report suspected or actual bribery, or violations of the anti-bribery policy or ABMS, once they are confirmed to have acted in good faith or on reasonable grounds.
- Protecting whistleblowers against retaliation and other unjustified actions.
